The Process starts here!
We start with information gathering. It is your opportunity to educate me about you and what you would like to achieve. Afterwards I will customize movement screening drills to establish a programming starting point.
We will work together to establish attainable goals. I will provide all the necessary information on how and when those goals can be attained. Re-testing dates are established to prove progression.
Once I know all relevant information, a program will be created for you. Sets, reps, rest periods, warm ups, exercises, cardio styles, stretching, nutrition, stress management techniques and tracking will be chosen specifically to fit you.
You choose what metrics are tracked. Strength, flexibility, nutrition, and lifestyle. Any tracking method can be accommodated.
Half hour or hour sessions are available for one on one, pair or group training. Each package has a month to month agreement. We can track sessions together or I can do all the paperwork for you.
